Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Preconstruction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of estimates by reviewing construction documents and identifying potential risks
• Participate in developing construction schedules, logistics plans, and cost estimates during the preconstruction phase
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor proposals and conduct preconstruction project meetings with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of estimating, project management, or project supervision experience
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Take-off, and Primavera scheduling software is desirable
