Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary

To support the rapid growth of high-density data center projects, the full-time remote Preconstruction Manager will lead planning, budgeting, and early-phase development while overseeing cost modeling, scheduling, and design coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for new data center developments, expansions, and retrofits
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design scopes and conduct constructability reviews
• Manage vendor and contractor prequalification, bid processes, and cost control reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction management for large-scale projects
• Proven expertise in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and ground-up construction practices
• Experience managing design coordination and contractor prequalification processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
