Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex entitlement and infrastructure projects, the contract Preconstruction Manager will manage site selection, preliminary design, and project delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction project delivery, including site selection, entitlements, and due diligence investigation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in entitlements and project management for large-scale industrial or retail projects
• Experience working with developers and completing the entitlement process
• Proficiency with collaboration tools for data linking and reporting
