Preconstruction Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Leading cost, schedule, and execution planning for multiple data center developments, the full-time Preconstruction and Delivery Strategy Manager will support project readiness by aligning scope, budget, procurement strategy, and delivery risks while working collaboratively with various internal teams in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project CAPEX estimates and maintain benchmark pricing across the portfolio
• Create development and preconstruction schedules, perform constructability reviews, and lead value engineering initiatives
• Maintain regional construction metrics and develop databases for historical project costs and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 10-15+ years of experience in preconstruction or construction management
• Experience delivering large-scale capital projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management
• Experience with contracts, procurement, and supply chain strategy
