Prediction Markets Operations Intern

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and hands-on, the Prediction Markets Operations Intern will support time-sensitive operational tasks in a 16-week fall internship program, requiring in-person attendance three days a week at the New York City office, while learning how prediction markets transition from ideas to live contracts.

Key responsibilities:

• Research potential prediction-market contract ideas and prepare contract specifications
• Perform quality assurance checks pre-launch and post-upload to ensure accuracy
• Monitor live markets and investigate support tickets, escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's degree
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Ability to research and distinguish authoritative sources from unreliable ones
• Comfort with detailed, process-driven tasks and managing time-sensitive work
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based business tools
