Job Summary
A company is looking for a Prehearing Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding disability claim status
- Make outbound calls to gather necessary information from clients about their cases/hearings
- Access various disability processing systems to research and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
- Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills of at least 50 WPM
- Commitment to strong attendance
