Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prehearing Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding disability claim status
  • Make outbound calls to gather necessary information from clients about their cases/hearings
  • Access various disability processing systems to research and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
  • Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
  • Strong computer knowledge and typing skills of at least 50 WPM
  • Commitment to strong attendance
