Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Prelitigation Personal Injury Paralegal will manage new cases, organize and maintain documents, and order and track medical records and bills to ensure files are complete and demand-ready.

• Order and track medical records and bills for case preparation
• Ensure files are complete and ready for demand submission

Required qualifications

• Experience in personal injury law or relevant legal field
• Familiarity with case management software, preferably Litify
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in document management and legal research
