Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Premier Services Department, the full-time Premier Services Representative will manage customer relationships, coordinate service requests, and ensure job execution for business clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer communications and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality customer service
  • Book and coordinate jobs, monitor service lifecycle, and provide status updates to customers
  • Audit job records and assist with invoicing, ensuring compliance with customer-specific billing requirements
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or administrative coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable support
  • Familiarity with property management companies, contractors, or commercial customers
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is preferred
