Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Audit Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates communication between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to ensure workflow
  • Handles high call volume, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to assist insureds and audit representatives
  • Maintains and updates job notes in AuSum and assigns audits to Phone Auditors as information is received
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
