Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Audit Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates communication between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to ensure workflow
- Handles high call volume, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to assist insureds and audit representatives
- Maintains and updates job notes in AuSum and assigns audits to Phone Auditors as information is received
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
