Job Summary
Providing essential support to the branch team, the part-time Premium Audit Coordinator (MI) will manage inbound calls with insureds and audit representatives, facilitate appointment scheduling, and assist in the preparation of audit reports in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work
- Handles high call volumes, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to assist with audit preparations
- Corresponds with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a phone-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
