Job Summary

Managing and coordinating communication activities related to premium audits, the full-time Premium Audit Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries via phone and email, support the audit team, and ensure high-quality service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to facilitate efficient audit processes
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and prepare relevant audit documentation for clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service or audit support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
