Premium Audit Manager leads premium audit operations in a full-time role, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while managing a high-performing team and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full premium audit lifecycle for WC and GL lines, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing workflows
• Lead and develop a team of managers and QA staff to achieve operational goals
• Implement quality assurance programs to maintain accuracy in payroll and class codes, while managing external audit vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of premium audit experience with multi-state WC and GL specialization
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Advanced understanding of NCCI, WCIRB, and state regulatory rules
• Strong technical abilities and adaptability with evolving technical systems
