Job Summary
Premium Audit Manager leads premium audit operations in a full-time role, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while managing a high-performing team and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full premium audit lifecycle for WC and GL lines, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing workflows
- Lead and develop a team of managers and QA staff to achieve operational goals
- Implement quality assurance programs to maintain accuracy in payroll and class codes, while managing external audit vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of premium audit experience with multi-state WC and GL specialization
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Advanced understanding of NCCI, WCIRB, and state regulatory rules
- Strong technical abilities and adaptability with evolving technical systems
