Job Summary

Leading premium audit operations, the full-time Premium Audit Senior Manager will drive strategy and scalability across the audit lifecycle while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full premium audit lifecycle for WC and GL lines, managing pipelines and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and QA staff
  • Spearhead a comprehensive QA program to ensure accuracy in payroll and class codes while identifying and correcting systemic errors
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or an Insurance-related field preferred
  • 10+ years of premium audit experience with multi-state WC and GL specialization
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and QA staff
  • Advanced understanding of NCCI, WCIRB, and state regulatory rules
  • Strong technical abilities and adaptability with evolving technical systems
