Job Summary
Reviewing and processing standard audit worksheets, the full-time Premium Audit Operations Specialist I will ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory guidelines while managing customer communications and coordinating billing transitions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process completed audit worksheets to verify compliance with established business rules and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct proactive outreach to insureds and agents to communicate audit results prior to billing
- Coordinate transitions from audit completion to billing operations, ensuring proper documentation of customer agreements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years as a premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
- Experience with Workers' Compensation and knowledge of NCCI, WCIRB, and PCRB/DCRB rules and regulations preferred
- Experience with standard audit operations and customer service in insurance or financial services environments
- Proficiency with classification systems (PAAS, NCCI) and audit software systems
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment processing
