Premium Auditor I

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Premium Auditor I will conduct virtual audits of assigned accounts, primarily focusing on General Liability, ensuring accuracy and timely completion to uphold high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits and examine financial records related to the premium base
• Determine proper risk classification and premium basis through observation and questioning
• Prepare formal reports of audit results and communicate findings with policyholders

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent plus two years of experience in premium audits or a related field
• Strong quantitative skills for calculations related to discounts, interest, and commissions
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and present information effectively
• Experience in communicating with clients through teleconferences
• Proficient in using software for audit documentation and reporting
