Premium Billing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Billing Consultant to manage complex premium and billing processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sensitive and complex premium processing and auditing functions while addressing customer inquiries
• Provide issue resolution through root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering training and support to team members and conducting audits to track effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Accounting, Finance, billing reconciliation, and/or auditing
• Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access
• Practical experience or knowledge in group insurance concepts and related regulations is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Demonstrated success in making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
