- Supervise daily activities of Premium Service Representatives and Billing Coordinators
- Monitor team performance and set priorities to ensure task completion
- Collaborate with finance and internal audit to manage operational and financial risk controls
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5+ years of service operations, business operations, and/or financial operations experience in the insurance industry
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience in premium and billing processing
- Knowledge of customer-centric strategies and change management
