Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Premium Operations Coordinator will manage the accurate and timely processing of premium payments for new and in-force business while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process paper and electronic premium payments, ensuring accurate allocation of remittance information
- Reconcile daily funds processed against system entries, researching and resolving discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial transactions through quality control practices
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience in accounting, AP/AR, cash application, or related financial operations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
