Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Premium Operations Coordinator will manage the accurate and timely processing of premium payments for new and in-force business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process paper and electronic premium payments, ensuring accurate allocation of remittance information
  • Reconcile daily funds processed against system entries, researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial transactions through quality control practices
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in accounting, AP/AR, cash application, or related financial operations is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
