Job Summary

To support a growing customer success team, the remote Premium Solutions Manager will provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, enabling strategic operations and product guidance while collaborating closely with Field Sales teams across the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Enable premium clients through high-touch operational execution and product guidance
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders for project setup and product usage
  • Analyze client usage and resolve non-standard issues while coordinating with various internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solutions Manager, Account Manager, or in a Customer Support role
  • Customer-driven personality with strong empathetic and emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building
  • Native-level proficiency in English
