Prepaid Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Paid Product Specialist to manage prepaid products for the Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of the prepaid card portfolio for tax clients
• Develop and deliver product training for clients and support staff
• Monitor program performance and provide analysis and reporting to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of related experience in card development and implementation
• Experience in card support for clients is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in market research and data analysis
