Prepress Operator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prepress Operator II to oversee key functions within the prepress area.

Key Responsibilities

• Final review and approval of internal proofs and manage electronic art files for printing
• Collaborate with printers to troubleshoot quality issues and ensure print accuracy
• Assist the Creative team with design requests and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field with a focus on prepress
• Three or more years of experience in prepress for consumer packaging
• Experience with flexo, offset, gravure, and digital print processes
• Proficiency in prepress/creative design software such as Kodak Prinergy, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
• Strong file assembly and trapping skills for packaging
