Presale Support Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Presale Support Analyst will manage the RFP process, prepare medical, dental, and vision quotes, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare medical, dental, and vision field quotes using Cigna rating systems
• Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely submission of accurate proposal data to Underwriting and other partners
• Communicate effectively with Brokers and internal teams to facilitate the RFP workflow and support sales managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Health insurance background with a general understanding of the sales process preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
