Presale Support Analyst
Job Summary
To support the U500 Business Segment, the full-time remote Presale Support Analyst will review Request for Proposals (RFPs), prepare medical, dental, and vision quotes, and collaborate with sales leads and internal partners to drive membership and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare medical, dental, and vision quotes using Cigna rating systems
- Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely submission of complete and accurate proposal data
- Communicate effectively with Brokers and internal partners to facilitate the RFP workflow
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Health insurance background with a general understanding of the sales process preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-up abilities
