Job Summary
A company is looking for a Presales Architect, Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert and consultant during the sales process, aligning client needs with managed services offerings
- Conduct client consultations and deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate service value and anticipated ROI
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure proposals meet customer needs and service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 3+ years in a consultative sales or presales role
- High proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Expert-level Microsoft certifications are highly desired
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and endpoint security tools
- Experience with data analysis tools like PowerBI and managing enterprise storage solutions
