Job Summary

Driving sales success across the customer journey, the full-time Presales Solution Principal will lead presales engagements, deliver tailored demonstrations, and act as a subject matter expert on retail solutions in LATAM, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end presales engagements including discovery, demos, and proof of concept
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations based on LATAM retail context and customer-specific use cases
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to shape solution vision and drive successful outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in retail, CPG, consulting, or enterprise software with exposure to category/commercial planning
  • Functional expertise in space planning, assortment management, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with LATAM retail dynamics and key regional market structures
