Presales Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Presales Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies aligned to business outcomes
• Lead discovery sessions focused on workflows and tooling across IT, engineering, and business teams
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution narratives across Atlassian platforms

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions engineering, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
• Working knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and/or DevOps practices
• Experience designing and presenting solutions that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
