Job Summary

A company is looking for a Presales Support Specialist who will assist prospective clients with their learning needs in a test environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical online demonstrations for potential clients
  • Create and customize trial portals to showcase the LMS
  • Assist with technical questions and troubleshoot issues encountered by prospects
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification in business, technology, or a related field
  • Innovative mindset with critical thinking skills in an Enterprise environment
  • Results-oriented with experience managing multiple priorities in large-scale projects
  • Technical background combined with client-facing sales support experience
  • Experience in SaaS or software sales, particularly with Enterprise-level contracts
