Presales Technical Support

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team with technical expertise, the full-time Presales Technical Support for Industrial Refrigeration will create offers and specifications based on customer requirements, plan refrigeration systems, and collaborate closely with procurement and project planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team and ensure efficient use of tools and processes
• Create offers and specifications tailored to customer needs
• Plan refrigeration systems and produce technical drawings using CAD tools like AutoCAD

Required qualifications

• Completed technical education in Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, or Building Technology (HTL, FH, or University)
• Initial experience in technical sales or presales, preferably in refrigeration or building automation
• Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, EPlan, or calculation software is advantageous
• Strong skills in technical planning and supplier collaboration
• Very good German language skills, with good English skills preferred
