Job Summary
Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Prescription Acquisition Specialist Lead will provide training, support continuous improvement projects, and drive departmental efficiencies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to daily operations and assist in training new hires and existing team members
- Coordinate cross-training efforts and develop training guides and SOPs
- Support leadership in diagnosing team performance and embody company core values in all interactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
- Prior experience with operational workflow in the assigned department is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet departmental goals
