Job Summary

Serving as the subject-matter-expert for pharmacy-related inquiries, the full-time hourly Prescription Vendor Coordinator will manage client and vendor communications, implement plan changes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective pharmacy support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client, pharmacy, or customer requests in a timely manner and act as a point of contact with Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) vendors
  • Implement new plan setups and benefit changes, ensuring accuracy and coordinating eligibility with the PBM
  • Resolve urgent eligibility, claim, or accumulator requests and assist in training new employees and improving internal processes
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in a pharmacy or medical setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and remote work capabilities
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
