Create and review denial letters for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with business partners and develop new letter templates

Required Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted LPN nurse license
1+ years of direct clinical patient care experience
Knowledge of managed care principles and medical terminology
Comfortable working with medical directors
