Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time President will direct and manage the business operations of AOR Logistics, focusing on profitability, strategic goals, and customer relations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitability and revenue generation while preparing strategic business development and marketing plans
• Provide leadership to employees and represent the company with major customers and business partners
• Ensure programs and proposals are within scope, budget, and schedule, while monitoring service satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of seven years in a management or leadership role within a government contracting environment
• Proven record of winning federal contract business and managing nationally dispersed locations
• Experience in developing and capturing $100M+ opportunities
• Secret Government Clearance required, with PMP certification
