Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of energy efficiency and resiliency solutions, the remote President of Energy Solutions will drive growth, manage complex partnerships, and oversee P&L responsibilities while navigating matrixed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives, focusing on revenue performance across the energy business
• Drive end-to-end business development, including opportunity identification, capture planning, and contract execution, while managing pricing and deal structuring
• Provide leadership to align cross-functional teams and ensure compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness in delivering business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 20+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise growth, government markets, or defense-adjacent industries
• Proven record of winning and scaling Department of War contracts, including complex, multi-year programs
• Experience in leading complex government-facing commercial arrangements and structuring teaming agreements
• Domain expertise in energy efficiency, distributed generation, and resiliency programs
