Job Summary
Managing certified payroll and labor compliance documentation, the full-time remote Prevailing Wage Compliance Coordinator will ensure accuracy and timeliness of labor records for projects subject to federal regulations and customer tax credit substantiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and certify weekly payroll reports for federally funded projects in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act
- Maintain accurate records for prevailing wage and apprenticeship documentation to support customer tax credit filings
- Administer and track apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, HR compliance, or labor relations, preferably in construction or government contracting
- Proficiency with payroll/HRIS platforms such as Kronos, Workday, or PowerMax
- Working knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and related compliance requirements
- Experience with federally funded projects and exposure to clean energy labor compliance documentation is a plus
