Prevailing Wage Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing certified payroll and labor compliance documentation, the full-time remote Prevailing Wage Compliance Coordinator will ensure accuracy and timeliness of labor records for projects subject to federal regulations and customer tax credit substantiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and certify weekly payroll reports for federally funded projects in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act
• Maintain accurate records for prevailing wage and apprenticeship documentation to support customer tax credit filings
• Administer and track apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, HR compliance, or labor relations, preferably in construction or government contracting
• Proficiency with payroll/HRIS platforms such as Kronos, Workday, or PowerMax
• Working knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and related compliance requirements
• Experience with federally funded projects and exposure to clean energy labor compliance documentation is a plus
