Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Managing compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, the fully remote Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist will oversee documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to the Inflation Reduction Act and Davis-Bacon Act across energy storage and power conversion project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit DOL additional classification requests and manage certified payroll reporting across compliance platforms
• Maintain and track wage determinations, ensuring correct application and monitoring for modifications
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to support ongoing compliance and manage apprenticeship compliance documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll, or Davis-Bacon Act compliance
• Experience in the energy, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred, with familiarity with IRA requirements as a strong plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Paylocity systems preferred
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
