Job Summary
Supporting the Director of Commercial Service, the full-time Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate preventative maintenance activities, organize documentation, and manage scheduling for HVAC services in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of preventative maintenance work orders with technicians and customers to ensure timely completion
- Verify customer asset information and maintain accurate databases, ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Provide administrative support to service managers and operations leadership, facilitating communication across teams
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized training in business or technical fields preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service operations, project coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in commercial HVAC, construction, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational software like Service Titan
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
