Job Summary
Supporting a prevention-oriented team, the full-time Prevention Program Assistant will manage workflow, data organization, and administrative tasks remotely while contributing to the prevention of child abuse and neglect within the Office of Refugee Resettlement's care provider network.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and Prevention Specialists, including scheduling and coordination of project activities
- Maintain project management tools such as workplans, calendars, and assignment trackers to ensure team accountability
- Support the collection and organization of data related to serious incidents and monitoring findings for trend analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support within a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
