Price Estimation Representative

Job Summary

To support patient financial services, the full-time remote Price Estimation Representative III will assess insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs, address billing inquiries, and provide accurate estimates for health care services.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process incoming Good Faith estimates and inquiries from patients and families
• Obtain benefit information from third-party payers to inform patients about their expected out-of-pocket costs
• Develop audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial estimates and recommend corrections for discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience in health care financial services or related field preferred
• Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes and billing practices
• Familiarity with Good Faith estimate regulations and standards
