Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically driven, the hybrid Pricing Analyst will support the development of competitive proposals for IT solutions by building cost models, conducting market research, and collaborating with proposal teams to ensure accurate pricing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build detailed cost models and pricing structures for IT proposals, RFPs, and contract renewals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and establish competitive price targets
• Present pricing rationale and risk assessments to proposal teams and support negotiation preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or proposal development within an IT services or technology company
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling; experience with pricing tools or CPQ platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with IT services cost structures, including labor categories and software licensing
• Experience supporting RFP/RFQ responses and interpreting solicitation instructions
