Job Summary

Pricing and Contract Analyst is a full-time position responsible for managing pricing integrity and the contract lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring profitability and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine pricing models, evaluate deal profitability, and provide recommendations to optimize margins
• Act as the primary administrator for contract data within Zoho CRM, maintaining pricing tiers and contract terms
• Lead the annual price adjustment process and perform monthly calculations for Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for building complex models and manipulating large datasets
• Strong business acumen to translate data into strategic insights
• High attention to detail for managing customer contracts and critical dates
