Job Summary
To support contract management activities, the hybrid Pricing and Contract Specialist will assist with account setup, pricing requests, and contract tracking while collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with new account setup, customer ID maintenance, and membership updates
- Support simple pricing requests and prepare documentation for analyst review
- Track progress of contract requests and provide status updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar operational role
- Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems, particularly SAP CLM
- Ability to apply financial concepts to business operations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a service-oriented team environment
