Job Summary
To support the Build and Construct Division, the full-time Pricing and Packaging Manager will plan and execute monetization strategies, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and pricing structures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex customer research and market analysis to inform pricing and packaging recommendations
- Design and execute analytical tests, defining metrics to measure the effectiveness of pricing decisions
- Manage cross-functional projects related to pricing and packaging opportunities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in pricing, packaging, or commercial strategy, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and customer research to identify value drivers and willingness-to-pay
- Expertise in establishing pricing models, discount structures, and monetization approaches
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into financial models that anticipate pricing impacts
- Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of managing complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
