Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing & Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze competitive loan pricing and recommend pricing changes based on market dynamics
• Build models using Python and SQL to forecast impacts on leads, conversion, and revenue
• Design experiments to measure pricing performance and optimize bidding strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, growth analytics, data science, or fintech analytics
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python (e.g., pandas, numpy)
• Experience with experimentation, modeling, or causal analysis
• Ability to convert ambiguous business questions into structured analyses
• Experience in lending, fintech, or consumer financial products is a plus
