Pricing and Profitability Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing and Profitability Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and data analytics for Division Bank(s), Line of Business, and/or HTLF departments
• Maintain FP&A reporting structure aligned with financial objectives
• Serve as a financial trusted advisor to Member Bank, Line of Business, or HTLF departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance
• 5-7 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting at a publicly traded financial institution
• Thorough understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting systems and software
• In-depth banking knowledge of product hierarchies, accounting standards, and management accounting concepts
• Proven ability to drive value and improve processes with limited supervision
