Job Summary
Driving profitability and growth, the full-time remote Pricing and Promotions Manager will architect and execute sophisticated pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels while leading a highly analytical team and collaborating with senior business leaders on P&L management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of a holistic pricing strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with finance and business leaders to identify and eliminate profitability leakage across all channels
- Mentor and develop a high-performing pricing team while presenting pricing recommendations to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in pricing, analytics, or related fields
- 6+ years of dedicated experience with SQL
- Degree in finance, analytics, computer science, or a related analytical field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong command of relational databases and analytical tools such as Sigma and Matillion
- Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies across multiple channels
