Pricing and Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing and Proposal Specialist with strong construction estimating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction-related proposal deliverables in response to commercial and grant-funded RFPs
• Develop detailed construction budgets, cost estimating tools, and analyze vendor proposals and change orders for fair market pricing
• Interpret and prepare construction-related materials for grant applications and funding submissions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction estimating, project budgeting, and proposal preparation
• Proven experience with construction projects and estimating software
• Familiarity with grant application and administration related to site development and infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
