Pricing and Quotation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing & Quotation Manager to oversee the quotation team and drive pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the quotation team for liquid-filled transformer products to enhance product knowledge and customer service
• Own and refine pricing strategy based on market dynamics and customer needs
• Analyze quote win/loss trends and conduct cost analyses to inform pricing decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills; experience with pricing tools and ERP systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the transformer or utility industry strongly preferred
• Experience managing or leading teams
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
