Pricing and Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and North Dakota, the full-time Pricing and Reimbursement Analyst will analyze, develop, and maintain contract payment terms and reimbursement rates for healthcare providers, ensuring accurate implementation of negotiated payments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely implementation of negotiated provider payments
• Research and analyze provider reimbursement methodologies and support the development of new strategies
• Create and maintain payment exhibits attached to provider contracts, ensuring compliance with coding changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• At least two years of experience in the healthcare industry, with one year of project-related experience
• Minimum of three years of claims processing experience with knowledge of reimbursement methods
• For Level II: At least two years of direct Pricing & Reimbursement Analyst experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL query development
