Pricing and Underwriting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Pricing and Underwriting Manager will manage pricing and underwriting policies, develop analytical tools, and support client engagement strategies to enhance market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement PBM financial offerings and pricing strategies
• Prepare financial models and conduct competitive analyses to support business decisions and proposals
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and contract execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; advanced business degree (MBA) or CPA preferred
• Experience in PBM or health plan environments with a focus on pricing processes
• Proven track record in leading strategic projects and developing financial models
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and statistical analysis
• Ability to communicate complex business proposals effectively to senior executives
