Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing activities and develop a clear pricing strategy for P&C Car, Home, and Travel
• Lead a team of pricing specialists and data scientists to ensure profitable growth and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with international teams to streamline processes and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

• MSc/MA in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in leading a pricing function in French P&C insurance
• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more
• 1-3 years of experience working in an international environment
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
